History

Antenna Shoes front man, Tim Regan, is a busy man. Along-side his full-time project, he plays in two other bands located in two separate cities. Antenna Shoes is a semi-electronic pop band bearing many members, most of whom play several instruments. "Everybody's definitely involved in the composition to some extent," said Regan. "It's definitely a bit more every time."

Regan started Antenna Shoes in 2005 while on temporary hiatus from neo-psychedelic rock band Snowglobe. During which time, he also played keyboards on Sparklehorse's Dreamt for Light Years in the Belly of a Mountain. The first Antenna Shoes album, The Generous Gambler, was recorded with Regan handling the majority of instruments, along-side contributions --including strings and brass-- from various friends.
