Ballet On Wheels 2nd Annual Dance for the Harvest Mini Dance Camp

Description: As part of their tradition of giving back to the community, Ballet On Wheels Dance School & Company is hosting it’s second annual Dance for the Harvest Dance Camp and canned goods drive. The dance event is scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2009, for children ages 3 through 14 and is free to attend with the donation of a canned or non-perishable food item. All donations will go to MIFA and other local shelters and food banks.
Different styles of dance such as Ballet, Creative Movement, and Jazz/Modern technique classes will take place for different age groups. Participants age 6 and up will dance from 11am to 1:00 pm with multiple dance classes. Participants 3 to 5 years old will take Creative Movement dance classes from 11:00 am to 11:45 am.
In addition, participants will enjoy a mini dance performance presented by the Performance Company of Ballet On Wheels, Theatre of Dance.
