They raised $92,000 at this year's fundraiser for the Memphis Child Advocacy Center, said Beryl Wight, community relations associate with the center.

Along with the venison stew, the dance party is one of the Saturday evening traditions during the three-day Repair Days, when people bring in metal objects to be repaired by blacksmiths and metalsmiths from around the country.
