    Paulette's July wine dinner is Thursday at 7 p.m., hosted by the Victor L. Robilio Company and featuring Hogue Cellars. $49.95. Call 726-5128 for reservations.

    The Great Wine & Spirits summer blind tastings featuring wines of Italy on Saturday from 1 -3 p.m. at Salsa restaurant in Regalia. Informal, drop-by format.
