Miley Cyrus' 16th birthday party was more boisterous than sweet.

Cyrus celebrated the hallmark birthday at an over-the-top Disneyland celebration this week -- even though she doesn't actually turn 16 until Nov. 23.

The theme park was closed for the super-sized soiree, which included a four-song performance by the teen queen and a fireworks display above Sleeping Beauty Castle and 16 giant inflatable candles.

"Miley is really hard to surprise," her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, said at the event.

Organizers estimated more than 5,000 people attended the special party, which cost $250 a ticket.

The "Hannah Montana" star bragged that her parents bought her a new puppy for her birthday. What else does Cyrus want for her birthday?

"My parents shut down Disneyland for me, so I'm good for a while," Cyrus said.

No Led Zeppelin tour, says Plant

Robert Plant has finally responded to all the rumors circulating about Led Zeppelin finally launching a full-blown reunion next year, according to rollingstone.com.

Unfortunately, it's not the response Zeppelin fans were hoping for.

"Robert has no intention whatsoever of touring with anyone for at least the next two years," a statement on Plant's official Web site reads.

"Contrary to a spate of recent reports, Robert Plant will not be touring or recording with Led Zeppelin. Anyone buying tickets online to any such event will be buying bogus tickets."

U.K.-based rumors spread on the Internet last week that Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones and Jason Bonham were threatening to recruit another vocalist, which reportedly prompted Plant to rejoin the band for a tour next summer which would have included sets at Bonnaroo and Coachella. It was all fiction.

"It's both frustrating and ridiculous for this story to continue to rear its head when all the musicians that surround the story are keen to get on with their individual projects and move forward," Plant said.

Plant is currently on tour with Alison Krauss to promote their album "Raising Sand."

Lindsay's dad is looking for a fight

Michael Lohan isn't the type to back down from a battle.

The estranged father of Lindsay Lohan has publicly feuded with the actress, her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson, and her mother, Dina Lohan.

For his next battle, Lohan will use his fists rather than his mouth: He's auctioning off the chance to knock him out in a charity boxing match Nov. 24 at the Hilton Long Island in Melville, N.Y.

Bidding to challenge Lohan begins at $5,000. Proceeds will go to charities including the Long Island Community Chest, which provides financial support to needy families.
