Live From Memphis -- the invaluable website/resource/production company/etcetera -- had planned to celebrate its 9th birthday with a public party last weekend. But the ice storm that blasted Memphis that day kept all but the foolhardy off the streets, so the party has been rescheduled for Saturday at 7 p.m. at LFM headquarters at 1 S. Main, at Madison Avenue.

Enter by ascending the outdoor metal stairway on Madison, just east of the Madison Hotel grill. Everybody's invited, especially those with an interest in Memphis art and culture (Memphis has culture???).
