Actress and writer Florence "Flo" Roach has penned a Father's Day weekend tribute to all the good men out there.
"Calling All Men" is a one-woman (and 100 men) show that combines music, dancing, spoken word poetry and comedy to thank men from all walks of life and professional backgrounds for their hard work and faithfulness.
"It's time to tell good men everywhere that they are appreciated and loved," she says.
The show is at 7 p.m. Saturday at the University of Memphis' Michael D. Rose Theatre, 255 University Center. Tickets are $30 and proceeds benefit HER Faith Ministries. Call 331-3515.
