Andrew Ticer and Michael Hudman will soon open a pizzeria serving Naples-style pizza just across the street from Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen, the East Memphis restaurant they opened in 2008.
The new restaurant, Hog and Hominy, will likely open by the end of the year and will be open for lunch, dinner and stay open for late nights on weekends.
Andrew Michael is dinner only. By opening the new place across the street at 707 W. Brookhaven and offering additional hours, Ticer said the two will be able maintain full control of both places.
