Felicia Suzanne's has been serving upscale Southern and New Orleans meals in Downtown Memphis since 2002. An Arkansas native, owner/chef Felicia Willett keeps her menu fresh through the use of seasonal local ingredients year-round.

On Oct. 24, she's doing something different for her restaurant and out of the ordinary for the Memphis Farmers Market Farm to Fork dinner tour. Instead of a sit-down dinner, this one is a mix-and-mingle.

Willett and Jonathan Magallanes of Las Tortugas Deli Mexicana will roast a whole pig on the restaurant's patio and they'll also have a farm table of sides set up inside and will have passed hors d'oeuvres.

Dinner costs $55, and half of the proceeds go to the Memphis Farmers Market. The other half is spent with the farmers, which for this dinner include Newman Farm, Neola Farms, Lakes Catfish, Dodson Farms, FunderFarms, Bonnie Blue Farm, and plenty of others.

The dinner begins at 6 p.m. Call (901) 523-0877 for reservations.

Felicia Suzanne's is at 80 Monroe and is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and also for Friday lunch. Call (901) 523-0877 for more information.
