Interim has undergone a number of changes with the return last January of its founder, chef Jackson Kramer. The restaurant will begin a series of wine dinners in October to celebrate its fifth anniversary.

Jackson Kramer, the chef who opened Interim close to five years ago, returned to the restaurant in January and has steadily been making small changes.

The latest include a new lunch menu with some old items and some new, as well as daily specials. Some of those include a lamb burger with roasted red pepper-olive tapenade and a Reuben sandwich prepared with house-made corned beef.

The dinner menu now includes a changing roster of small plates that will range in price from $12 to $16.

In addition, a series of wine dinners to celebrate five years in business begins in October. The first one is Oct. 19 and they'll continue as announced through February, when a trip to Napa, Calif., will be given away.

Visit Interim's Facebook page to keep up with the daily specials, call (901) 818-0821 or visit interimrestaurant.com for more information.

The restaurant is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; for dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for brunch and 5-9 p.m. for dinner.
