Eighty3, 83 Madison, will host a 10-course Valentine's Day dinner with 18 different dishes. $75; make reservations by calling 901-333-1224 or on opentable.com. Seatings are available at 6 and 9 p.m. A credit card is required to hold the reservation, and a 48-hour cancellation notice or change in party size is requested. Beverage pairings will also be offered, and guests can pre-order Champagne.
