He had previously recorded the soundtrack and later returned to Hollywood for additional filming. The film, which co-starred Jennie Maxwell, would open at theaters in late November. The movie, which co-starred Richard Egan and Debra Paget, had premiered at the Paramount Theatre in New York City, November 15. Elvis sang four songs in the movie, which began filming in August.
