  • Welcoming the new stage were veteran Playhouse actors (from left) Kate Davis, Dorothy Blackwood, Barry Fuller, Louise Levin, Cookie Ewing and Christina Wellford Scott. ''Any time a new theater opens ... it's a great cause for rejoicing,' said Barry.

  • A pair of soccer socks doubled for retro '70s tube socks for Lee Nickels at the Whites & Woodies Tennis Tournament/Mixer. With him is his wife, Mary.
  • Lee Parks donned a flowing wig and went for the John McEnroe look at the Whites & Woodies Tennis Tournament/Mixer. With him is Lewis Moultrie, who, like the other players, used an old-school wooden racquet.
