
Michael Hudman and Andrew Ticer make their own pasta daily, grow what they can, buy locally, use family recipes for old-style Italian, such as Maw Maw's ravioli, and pull from their training in Italy for some of their more inventive dishes. The menu changes seasonally. The last Monday of each month is No Menu Monday, when the chefs prepare special dishes and diners get to guess what they're eating. Big foodie fun with top-notch food. Open 5 p.m.-until Tuesday-Saturday (and on the last Monday). Available for private lunches and other functions. Full bar.
