Blue Daze Bistro (221 E. Commerce St., Hernando, Miss.; 662-469-9304) is in a cute little converted house on the street leading in to an adorable little town. The chicken salad (tried as the salad, but also available as a sandwich) is superb, and the chicken Florentine and Cajun cream penne pasta with shrimp at are both good choices at dinner.
