Edo has been serving Japanese food to Memphians for about 30 years. It's a favorite for The Love Boat, with its rich shrimp Sakura, light and crisp tempura and the orange gelatin slices (among plenty of other stuff), as well as the fresh and simple sushi and noodle bowls. Open for lunch Tuesday through Friday and dinner every night except Monday. Serves beer.
