Description: After more than 20 years at Chez Phillipe at the Peabody hotel, master chef José Gutierrez opened Encore in 2005 with a menu of “Continental comfort food”, such as carmelized salmon, crispy chicken scaloppine and braised short ribs, as well as the Encore burger, a bargain at $10.
