Description: This comfortable, elegant restaurant serves its own version of American fare. Napa Cafe would be my overall choice for best restaurant in Memphis. It has truly wonderful food, excellent professional service, great atmosphere in a cozy little location. Great for romantic fine dining, yet welcoming to the more casual customer as well.
