At first your rather questionable review (use of "Liberace" to describe Lambert gave away exactly what type of bias you hold as a human being as did the use of Judas Priest whose lead singer is also GAY) made me angry. Then I laughed as I read through the comments and was heartened that I was not the only one who both disagreed with you and called you on your prejudice.
I imagined for a moment how someone with your musical tastes and social proclivities might also have reviewed Elvis Presley in relation to his contemporary Pat Boone. It might have gone something like this:
Pat Boone is a true American Idol. His wholesome demeanor and soft mellow vocals inspire our idealistic nation. Boone's sensitive guitar playing appeals to people young and old! He's a true artist of our time. By comparison young Presley's arrogant sneer and pelvic thrusts describe nothing more than a decline in our moral compass. His snarling, deep vocals, rock persona and silly garb seek to inspire but instead repel the masses. If Presley is the future of music I'll take Pat Boone for the win!
You can have Boone/Allen Mr. Blank. I'll bet my soul on Presley/Lambert.
