Written on Dining Review: Edo offers tour of Japanese dishes on its 'Love Boat':

I can't recreate the Sakura Sauce myself either. I've only had it with the scallops, but it's like a little bit of the the taste of the the thing I've been looking for all of my life.

I don't think there's soy sauce in it, as well.
