Foamies
Aerobatic flyers from around the country converge through Sunday at the DeSoto Multipurpose Arena north of Goodman Rd. on Hwy 51. The event, which is a fundraiser for the USA F3A Team and the Wooddale High School Aviation Program, is open to the public. Precision-flying demonstrations will feature foamies, or radio-controlled indoor aerobatic planes.
